EXOLUXION IN MANILA DAY 2

It's been a week since my favorite K-Pop group held their first ever major concert here in Manila which they also break the first record of a K-Pop group to have a 2 days concert act here in the Philippines. Watching them from where I was seated still felt surreal to me. I can't believe that I'm watching them live and finally seeing them crack on stage. It's a pity that members like Kai and Xiumin are just sitting the whole time because of their leg injuries and Lay on the other side couldn't make it because he's filming a movie in China. Nonetheless, they still gave their all out performance to their Filipino fans which I guarantee that a lot of PH EXO-L's appreciated.

The group wanted to stay a little more longer but due to their very hectic schedules they immediately needed to go back to Korea. The group also said that the concert here in Manila was the best because it's their first time to encounter their fans singing the whole song and dancing with them too. In fact an EXO cover group danced along while they're singing Call Me Baby and Xiumin noticed it and they had a dance battle. The group named them PHIXO (sounds like piso), meaning Philippine EXO which gained a lot of laughter when Baekhyun said, "Piso, Piso... Pengeng pera." No wonder why I love these dorks! Hahaha

Btw, Xiumin's fansite noona was my seatmate. :P

We are one! EXO Saranghaja! See you again next year! <3

BEAUTY HAUL

Because this is my first blog post for this year I just want to greet you all a,
Happy and Prosperous New Year! :)

Since It's my first post I've decided to make a new blog post about the products that I'm recently using plus the products that my friends had given me. Well, mostly they're all Korean brands which I seriously look up to for having a great quality of lip tints and face masks! Let's start!

First is this Precious Mineral Cushion with SPF 50+ from Etude House. This product is good for coverage for those who have reddish skin and with those who have acne spots and/or blemishes. Second is the Wonder Pore that is 10 in 1, also from Etude House. I haven't tried this yet though but I'll give this back a review!

I have to admit that I'm a lip tint addict. The concept of these products are so easy for everyday use for students like me because it's a 3CE (3 Concept Eyes). You can use it as an eyeshadow, a blush, and a lip tint. First is Color Pop and the second is the Dear Darling Tint which are both from Etude House. While the two remaining products are the kind of lip tints that are tattoos. I bought these from SaSa in Hong Kong and I don't know if they sell it here in the Philippines. The brand's name is Berrisom, I got the colors Sexy Red and Lovely Peach.

Clinique products are pretty much expensive compare to the other face products but it's the also one of the best out there. I use this for my acne spot blemishes and for moisturising my skin before going to bed at night. I'm also using an Aloe Facial Wash (not in the photo) from The Face Shop (which my friend gave me, thanks Lyndon! Haha) and to be very honest it makes your face sooo soft! I've been using it since the early days of December up until now and it's really great! I also highly recommend it.

Collagen Mask, Peeling Gel and Aqua Cream from UGB. I haven't tried these products yet but they're also given to me by my friend, thanks to their sponsors lol. I think these products are also quite expensive but these Korean brand is known for having a high quality standard when it comes to their beauty and whitening products.

Another beauty addiction of mine is collecting face masks. I seriously have A LOT of different brands and designs of face masks but my favorite scents are Cherry Blossom, Aloe, Green Tea and Honey. And lastly, this Nail Remover from Nature Republic which has a good scent and does not dry off easily like the other normal nail removers when you're using it. Plus! It's very affordable. :)

I hope you enjoyed my beauty haul!

LIFE LATELY + HONG KONG TRIP 2015

Hello! Wow. It's been almost a year since my last post. I've been very busy with school and work. Those things occupied most of my time now but a long the way a lot of big opportunities came and i'm very grateful for that. I'm here to share to you what happened to me for the past months that i've been missing in action.

SCHOOL, I can't believe that it's already the second semester for this school year! It's pretty crazy how time flies so fast. I'm tired with all the acads shits help me. I'm actually finishing three articles right now and it's all due tomorrow. Hala sige cram pa more dito talaga ako magaling eh. And second is WORK, a short recap about this. I started this work earlier last year and until now i'm still working as a freelance stylist/assistant stylist. I have new published magazine works and got the chance to have designer invites for Seoul Fashion Week! (Like, Hello??) Recently I had a shoot with Sofia Andres and styled for Ms. Kaye Morales' S/S 2016 "Rebel" collection for Philippine Fashion Week. Can't wait for more projects soon!

I GOT TO TRAVEL ALONE CAN YOU IMAGINE (?!?!)

Last October 19, I got the chance to travel alone. I stayed there for four days all by myself for a vacation and to explore the city and get lost in the busy streets of Hong Kong. It's a very memorable trip to me even though i've been there already for a couple of times. I stayed in Ruby Hostel, a cozy place that's in between Mongkok and Jordan station and I'm happy because I met new people whom I shared the room with through out my stay there.

I also tried things I haven't done before, got lost with directions and talking to the native people with my broken Mandarin, took a lot of street photos, went to temples, shopped until my feet hurts, commute and eat like the locals and a whole lot more!

I realized how much I wanted to live in a city i'm not very familiar with and live independently. I admit that I have a lot of worries for the next two years once I hit adulthood. I'm not that confident enough to handle things to be very honest. I'm pressured about the future. It's a great way to let things out for a while and have a lot of time for yourself and not over think things.
