LIFE LATELY + HONG KONG TRIP 2015

Hello! Wow. It's been almost a year since my last post. I've been very busy with school and work. Those things occupied most of my time now but a long the way a lot of big opportunities came and i'm very grateful for that. I'm here to share to you what happened to me for the past months that i've been missing in action.

SCHOOL, I can't believe that it's already the second semester for this school year! It's pretty crazy how time flies so fast. I'm tired with all the acads shits help me. I'm actually finishing three articles right now and it's all due tomorrow. Hala sige cram pa more dito talaga ako magaling eh. And second is WORK, a short recap about this. I started this work earlier last year and until now i'm still working as a freelance stylist/assistant stylist. I have new published magazine works and got the chance to have designer invites for Seoul Fashion Week! (Like, Hello??) Recently I had a shoot with Sofia Andres and styled for Ms. Kaye Morales' S/S 2016 "Rebel" collection for Philippine Fashion Week. Can't wait for more projects soon!

I GOT TO TRAVEL ALONE CAN YOU IMAGINE (?!?!)

Last October 19, I got the chance to travel alone. I stayed there for four days all by myself for a vacation and to explore the city and get lost in the busy streets of Hong Kong. It's a very memorable trip to me even though i've been there already for a couple of times. I stayed in Ruby Hostel, a cozy place that's in between Mongkok and Jordan station and I'm happy because I met new people whom I shared the room with through out my stay there.

I also tried things I haven't done before, got lost with directions and talking to the native people with my broken Mandarin, took a lot of street photos, went to temples, shopped until my feet hurts, commute and eat like the locals and a whole lot more!

I realized how much I wanted to live in a city i'm not very familiar with and live independently. I admit that I have a lot of worries for the next two years once I hit adulthood. I'm not that confident enough to handle things to be very honest. I'm pressured about the future. It's a great way to let things out for a while and have a lot of time for yourself and not over think things.
